1. Service scope
TaskMetro provides errand facilitation and logistics services in Bengaluru. We do not offer legal, medical, or professional advisory services. All tasks are subject to feasibility, legality, and safety checks.
2. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and required authorizations for task completion.
- Ensure tasks comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Settle agreed charges promptly upon task completion.
- Notify us immediately if task requirements change.
- Ensure documents and items handed over are legal to possess and transfer.
3. TaskMetro responsibilities
- Execute tasks with reasonable care and diligence.
- Provide transparent updates and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of user information.
- Deliver services as per agreed timelines, subject to external factors.
4. Limitations & liability
- We are not responsible for third‑party delays, policy changes, or government office closures.
- Valuables are handled under special SOPs; liability is limited to declared value and agreed terms.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) may affect timelines without liability.
- Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the specific task.
5. Payments & refunds
Base fees are non‑refundable once task planning begins. If a task is deemed infeasible after initial review, we'll refund runner time and travel charges. Government fees and third-party charges are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled task start may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of quoted runner time.
7. Privacy
We collect minimal data necessary to execute tasks. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Dispute resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
